Loryma Resort is situated on a verdant hillside overlooking Turunç Bay with magnificent views of coastal and mountain scenery of the Bozburun Peninsula. The next city is Marmaris in a distance of 18 km, the next airport is Dalaman Airport (DLM) in 110 km distance. The well-kept complex extends over an area of 24,000 square meters. Opened for the first time in summer 1989 the hotel was extended in 1997 and renovated between 2008 and 2012. Last renovations were undertaken during winter 2018 and 2019. In Loryma Resort modern style is combined with regional materials and traditional workmanship. These initially very different elements merge into a whole and blend harmoniously into the natural environment of pines and olive trees, on the slope above the bay of Turunç. The hotel complex with 164 suites, 2 bars and 2 restaurants was designed with an eye to individuality and environmental sustainability focussing on regionalism and recreational activities. Amongst these are nature sports such as hiking, trekking on the Carian Trail and water sports such as sea kayaking and diving in the crystal-clear Aegean Sea. The hotel has an on-site Spa with a Turkish Hamam, a Sauna, a salt room and four separate rooms for massages and care programs of Western and Eastern style. Loryma Resort’s recreational program is completed by the free of charge Yoga session that is held on three mornings a week by the experienced Yoga instructor, Mrs. Hatun Çelebi (https://www.instagram.com/hatuncelebiyoga/). A great deal of importance is attached to serve guests a healthy and tasty cuisine. Thanks to the resort’s own vegetable gardens fresh and homemade produce, extra-virgin olive oil and aromatic local herbs are richly used for the buffet-style restaurant that caters specially to guests with half-board arrangements as well as for the Loryma Bistro with A La Carte service.
